I am currently seeking an operational role focused on transformational strategy within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. My aim is to leverage my experience in product delivery, and strategic alignment to help organizations develop and implement effective and efficient operational models. I am committed to driving impactful change and fostering digital and sustainable growth within the industry.


Experience

Marketing and Communications Executive at Zzoomm

September 2019 - 

I spearhead our customer retention strategy, including the industry-leading "refer a friend" program, which consistently drives over 10% of monthly web sales. Our team achieves a 1% monthly network penetration across 200,000 properties, contributing to a customer base exceeding 30,000. Since joining Zzoomm in 2019, I have developed expertise in telecommunications and technology, specializing in operational strategy and brand management. As a core member of the marketing team, I play an integral role in establishing brand guidelines and executing impactful initiatives that strengthen our market position. I manage a £600,000 annual digital advertising budget, ensuring optimal allocation to drive customer acquisition and cost efficiency. In collaboration with external agencies, I lead efforts to enhance website user experience through emerging technologies, ensuring continuous improvement in customer interactions. As a testament to our work, our four-person team is shortlisted for the UK Fibre Awards Marketing Team of the Year 2024, reflecting our ongoing impact in the industry.
